Step 1 - Premises
Need help finding new premises? As a respected commercial design, fit-out and refurbishment company we are often asked by our clients to help in their search for suitable premises, either to buy or to lease. We work alongside a number of leading commercial agents in all areas, whom we can highly recommend to find the right office environment for you.
Step 2 - Appraisal
We will conduct a workplace appraisal defining exactly what you need to best suit your business, the space and work area/zone requirements. This can also take into account any future plans for your business, meaning that you won’t have to up-stick again anytime soon.
Step 3 - Site Survey
We will conduct site surveys to help you compare your shortlisted properties. We can then provide you with detailed quotations, outlining the cost to fit them out and offer our advice on the most suitable premises that suit your way of working.
Step 4 - Design
We will produce an inspiring office design and fit-out your new office to suit your budget. Taking care of all your IT and telecoms to ensure a seamless move.
Step 5 - Quotation
Detailed quotations are supplied for every element of the move including packaging/ packers and materials, meaning that there will be no unexpected costs at the end of the project.
Step 6 - Relocation
Finally, the move! Upon our moving process, we will supply all the necessary packaging, packers and materials; and we will plan and execute your relocation with all the ease and efficiency that you would expect from us.
