Step 1 - Premises

As a respected commercial design, fit-out and refurbishment company we are often asked by our clients to help in their search for suitable premises, either to buy or to lease. Step 2 - Appraisal

We will conduct a workplace appraisal defining exactly what you need to best suit your business, the space and work area/zone requirements. This can also take into account any future plans for your business, meaning that you won’t have to up-stick again anytime soon.

Step 3 - Site Survey

We will conduct site surveys to help you compare your shortlisted properties. We can then provide you with detailed quotations, outlining the cost to fit them out and offer our advice on the most suitable premises that suit your way of working.

Step 4 - Design

Step 5 - Quotation
